Promotion and Events Officer

As the Promotion and Events Officer, you will coordinate a range of fundraising and memorial events that help sustain our services and honour the loved ones we support. Working closely with the PR Manager, you will liaise with community agencies, the City of Mandurah, local and state media outlets including radio and newspapers, as well as local businesses to promote awareness of our mission and activities. This role will also involve representing The Compassionate Friends at shopping centres, community gatherings and TCF‑hosted events to strengthen engagement and visibility across the community.

This position requires excellent communication, organisational and relationship‑building abilities, as you will be central to ensuring our events uphold the compassionate and supportive values that define our organisation. Through your efforts, you will help us reach more families in need and ensure that no one has to walk the path of grief alone.
