Work as part of the Information and Referrals team, providing a consumer centred service to members of the community. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them access information, support and services in a professional and welcoming manner.

Each branch provides services such as information and referral, legal appointments, mediation services, and support to individuals seeking guidance on a wide range of issues. Volunteers play an important role in connecting community members with the assistance they need.

Why this matters? Communities and vulnerable groups can be empowered with information, support, and referrals to help them navigate challenges and make informed decisions about issues affecting their lives.

The best bit? Every day brings new learnings, opportunities to develop your communication and customer service skills, and the satisfaction of making a positive difference in your community.
