Receptionist

You will work alongside a small group of member/volunteers(1 Receptionist, 2 Emergency Relief Officers per day) to assist people who come to us for assistance when they are in need– e.g. food, clothing, eviction, utility bills etc. A kind and welcoming disposition will be needed to handle clients from various backgrounds. You will be required to carry out general reception and administration duties like answering the phone, making reminder calls to clients who have appointments and greeting clients. All members/volunteers support each other to serve the clients who come to us for help. General maintenance of the office is also handled by our volunteers.
