Radio Program Presenter - Fleurieu FM Radio - Victor Harbor

Volunteering at Fleurieu FM community radio includes a range of stimulating work behind the scenes which could use your specific skills, or help you develop them. If you’d like to present music from your chosen music genre to radio listeners, this volunteer position could be ideal for you.

• The position entails working in the radio station of Fleurieu FM in Victor Harbor as the presenter of a music radio program of his/her choice. Therefore, people who are well-spoken will be highly regarded.
• Selecting music tracks of his/her choice and including them in a playlist for a radio program of either 2 or 3 hours in duration.
• Playing of the radio station’s pre-recorded content during a music program (full training will be provided).

Note: Full training pertaining to this role will be provided, therefore no prior experience in this role is required. This training will be adjusted to the needs of the volunteer and occur at the pace that best suits him/her. Only once the volunteer is fully conversant with all the tasks and confident that he/she has mastered them, he/she will be expected to continue in this role independently.
