Applied Reception & Customer Service - Traineeship in the Community Sector

The ARCS program builds your confidence and general life skills, as well as customer service, reception and computer skills. Involving a classroom session and a work experience session each week, this course is ideal for adult learners. Past students have either continued in voluntary roles or moved on to paid employment or further accredited study.

This course is offered free to permanent residents who hold a concession card. There is a small fee for those without concession cards.

All sessions are held at the Southport Community Centre, 154 Liardet Street, Port Melbourne Vic
