The community lunch at Osborne Hall provides a nutritious meal each week to vulnerable community along with social connections in a fun and welcoming environment. Food Crew Volunteers support with food preparation and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with the setting up Osborne Hall for the Community Lunch
- Cleaning up after the lunch
- Assist community with checking in on arrival
- Maintain a clean work area
- Support community to build social connections
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Participate in training opportunities
- Attend volunteer meetings as needed
Requirements of the volunteer role: Volunteers should be over 18 however there are opportunities for young people aged 16-18 to give their time.
