This position requires volunteers to have excellent communication and basic computer skills. All training is provided, so no previous call centre experience is required.If you enjoy helping others and feel comfortable in a busy, yet fun team environment, why not give it a go; we only ask that you commit to one 4 hour shift per week. You are welcome to come in for a trial and see what you think.
Call Centre operational hours: 9am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday (closed public holidays)
Call Centre volunteers are required between 8.45am - 1.00pm.
Please note: The location is in Canning Vale industrial area, and as such unfortunately no public transport is available. Free onsite parking is however available.
