The Volunteer Food Industry Expert will provide advice for Ignite entrepreneurs and program staff about the processes employed in the food industry to ensure and maintain high standards of food quality and safety standards and enhance their food service operations.

We do this through hands-on training, paid employment, and capacity building to build pathways for sustainable employment. Our mission is to create opportunity for learning through a hospitality environment (retail, catering, events, manufacturing, food van) whilst also delivering on our secondary purpose to create culturally diverse food relief.
