Do you have an hour every week to support a child in primary school and make a difference? Then join our growing nationwide community of school volunteers and you'll provide life-changing mentoring that transforms the lives of young people who need help the most. No experience necessary, Training provided.
Do you have 1-2 hours a week spare during school hours to help a young person in a Special school who is in need of extra support? This is a commitment to the end of the school year, commencing in Term 1, 2024.

Can you spare 1-2 hours per week supporting refugees and migrants to learn English? The AMEP Volunteer Tutor Scheme is experiencing a high demand of learners needing tutors. Volunteers are vital to helping eligible migrants and refugees practice English, learn about the Australian way of life and connect to the local community.
You may be retired, studying or someone who has a few extra hours per week. Schools and students need your help in the classroom to assist with learning. No experience necessary, we just want reliable, committed and people with a genuine interest in helping students.
If you want to help children and young people reach their true potential, we want to hear from you. You will support students, teachers and schools in Primary and Secondary settings in this dynamic volunteer role. Working one-to-one with children or in small groups, you will help students to further develop their literacy and numeracy skills, as well as being a friendly and positive adult role model to them.
A WEP Local Coordinator meets high school students from all over the world in this highly rewarding role. WEP coordinators are an invaluable and a very much appreciated member of the WEP Tribe. They provide support to host families, a safe space for students from all over the world and create excitement in their local community. You'll meet beautiful people within your community, other coordinators from around Australia and students from all over the world!
