Geelong Foodshare’s mission – “Creating local food security through a string network of partners”
As the core of food security in the region, we collect and share nutritious, culturally appropriate food - feeding 20,000 people weekly through over 60 frontline charities and two social supermarkets, providing 2.2 million meals to the Greater Geelong region per year. We welcome supported workers, those seeking meaningful work, and individuals on Centrelink. All our volunteers have their Working With Children Check and Police Check.
Hours of operation: 37-41 Morgan St, Geelong North, Victoria (Open Mon/ Wed/ Fri 10:00am-03:00pm and Tues/ Thurs 10:00am – 07:00pm)
