BinderKeepers Inc is a community orientated group who provide access to books for borrowing and purchase of used books for all ages from a=baby first books to senior ages.
Quarterly sales events include jigsaw puzzles and games at low cost.
Books, puzzles and games are also donated to other not-for-profit groups around Queensland.
The main "keepers" collection of books focuses on Australia authors and Australiana, as well as many other authors in all categories. Special focus sections in the Non-Fiction categories are Military/Transport (focus on Aviation History), Farming & Gardening and Art and Craft.
All items have been donated by members of the local Samford and surrounding communities.
Currently fund raising is underway for build eco-friendly building to allow public access to books, music and art events.
Volunteers assist in marketing surplus books for sale online and identify more substantial funding opportunities.
