These indoor games are low impact activities that improve the fitness, coordination and confidence of residents. As well as enhancing mental well-being and community connectedness.

The MACA Ride to Conquer Cancer TM on 13th and 14th October, is a weekend to be remembered forever. Event Crew will be assisting cycle riders during the 2-day event in Perth and Mandurah. Crews commit to the full two days of the weekend (October 13th and 14th) and receive everything the riders do. Including all meals, accommodation (overnight camping in Mandurah), amenities, transportation and a Crew Tshirts. There is a $25 registration fee, that goes straight to the beneficiaries.
