The objectives of the Fremantle Carnevale Inc. (FCI) project are to establish a vibrant, collaborative multicultural community event each year in Fremantle, WA’s multicultural heartland, by learning from the example of communities present in WA and overseas, with a view to creating a distinctively local Carnevale tradition in WA.
