AusUnityAid is an ACNC-registered charity dedicated to empowering families, youth, and children across multicultural and CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) communities in Victoria and NSW, with a strong focus on African-Australian and migrant and refugee communities.
We understand the complex challenges faced by individuals and families from refugee and migrant backgrounds from settlement and language barriers to isolation and disadvantage and we work to provide accessible, trauma-informed, and culturally appropriate support. Our programs span mental health support, disability rights education, cybersecurity and digital safety workshops for vulnerable communities, and broader community services, all guided by a passionate and dedicated Board.
Our work is grounded in lived experience: many of our team, including our founder, are migrants themselves who understand first-hand the barriers newly arrived and CALD communities face in navigating a new country. We're driven by compassion, cultural understanding, and the belief that positive, lasting change happens when people come together to support one another; one family, one community at a time.
