Milpara means “meeting place”, and that’s exactly what we are, a welcoming hub for everyone in Korumburra and surrounding communities. Since 1979, Milpara has been here to connect, support, and empower people through learning, friendship, and practical help. We are a local non-for-profit organisation.
At Milpara, you’ll find:
Learning opportunities: From computer skills and craft workshops to personal development and special interest classes, we help you learn new things and enjoy life.
Community support: We offer an Emergency Food Bank, a Services Australia Agent, and visiting services, St Vincent De Paul Conference and speech pathology.
Social connections: Join a group, attend a class, a great way to meet locals and feel at home.
A friendly space: Whether you’re looking for advice, a chat, or a place to belong, Milpara is here for you.
