With over 100 exhibits and displays representing the history of railways through South Australia and Australia more broadly, the National Railway Museum is a fantastic place to volunteer if you like to be surrounded by pieces of the past, and see the happy faces of visitors every day.
Our collections contain around two million individual items and we leverage these to create high quality, educational and enjoyable visitor experiences.
Operating the 457mm train at the Museum and also at Semaphore, the Museum offers a wide variety of experiences for those visiting and those involved.
