Shara's Foundation is a not-for-profit charity that operates as 'Shara's Club' in Mackay Qld. Shara's Club is a social hub for adults with an intellectual and/or physical disability living in the Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday region. The club is FREE for members! Shara's Club provides quality facilities and resources for members to engage in interest-based activities and nurture friendships with others, in a safe and supportive environment. The club relies on the generosity of volunteers to help run activities and games for members, and to assist the club with working bees, maintenance, cleaning and gardening. We offer flexible options for volunteers. Every little bit counts!
