Statement of Purpose:Mandurah Lotteries House provides secure, affordable accommodation to small community organisations. Under the Deed of Management; Mandurah Lotteries House is – To make and keep available the Building for organisations that are ‘eligible organisations’ as defined in section 19 of the Act, for use by them exclusively for office accommodation for benevolent or charitable purposes. Philosophy:To provide agencies with an opportunity to realize their full potential by reducing the insecurities, financial pressures and lack of resources that a lack of suitable accommodation creates. To encourage sharing of facilities and foster an atmosphere of enhanced co-operation.
