Regular - more than 6 months

Training

Attendance at a 1 day training programme required. Speaker from Maternal and Child Health Nurses. Speaker from counselling service.

Time required

2-3 hours, once a week. Home based visits to clients in the City Of Boroondara.

Reimbursement for Police Check

Requirements

Covid-19 vaccination
National Police Certificate
Working with Children Check

- Volunteers need to have parenting experience themselves - Complete a 1 day training programme prior to starting - Be able to contribute 2-3 hours once a week - Volunteer would need to visit the parent/s at their home -Provide 2 x referees -Comply with National Police Check -Have a WWCC
