Would you like to visit an older person in an Aged Care Home and make a real difference in their life? Have you got some time to share to reduce loneliness?

Amazing ACVVS volunteer visitors share stories, go for a stroll or have a cuppa, listen to music or play a board game. Our volunteers play a vital role in the life of a person living in an aged care home through ongoing friendship.

We are seeking a Volunteer Visitor for a gentleman in Malvern East who would really value some 1:1 time and to make a new friend. If you have some time to listen, chat and spend time getting to know someone, this is a wonderfully rewarding volunteer role.

This gentleman has an interest in cars and politics and would like to have a coffee with you.

You need to be warm, caring, reliable and be willing to commit to weekly connections/visits or at least fortnightly connections/visits for a minimum of 6 months/ongoing.
