Are you musical, a poet or actor? Would you like to have the opportunity to entertain some amazing clients who would greatly benefit from some performances? You might play an instrument, sing, dance be an individual or part of a group - whatever your talent we would like to hear about it.
We are looking for volunteers who are interested in visiting older people living in residential aged care or at home. If you are friendly, love a chat and can commit to visiting someone regularly please get in touch.
Share your smile and companionship during weekly friendly visits with a lovely Greek lady who lives in Burwood East. Visits may be spent talking or sharing in a simple leisure activity together. Your regular visits can make a real and positive difference to their life - reducing social isolation and improving well-being.

Inclusion Melbourne’s Leisure Buddy program matches like-minded people to undertake social activities within our community on a fortnightly basis. We are focused on creating genuine, long term connections between volunteers and our Leisure Buddy participants. Therefore, we require a minimum commitment of 12 months and two to three hours per fortnight.
