Administration Officer at Legacy

In this volunteer role you will be assisting with administration tasks such as:

  • Provide administration support to ensure files and records are up to date, entered in a timely manner and follow relevant administrative guidelines
  • Assist with complex data entry e.g. records from Call Sheets, changes of address, deceased, changes of delivery for correspondence
  • Identify issues with accuracy of data entry and seek advice on correction.
  • Undertake research to identify whereabouts of widows who have left address (training will be provided)
  • Other duties as requested

You will be supported by the Office Administrator in Rockhampton and Community Operations Officer. Training will be provided. You can volunteer on a weekly or fortnightly basis doing half or full days, we are flexible.

Police checks and Blue Cards will be undertaken by Legacy. Retirees, seniors or people working part time are encouraged to apply.
