4 Voices Outreach service operate at multiple locations on the Gold Coast. As the Safety and Compliance Practitioner you would be responsible for:

• Attending outreach shifts on an ad hoc basis;

• COMPLIANCE related responsibilities as required - including compliance verification ,policies and procedures,

• Outreach and Phone Support Activity and Incident Reports including review and escalation.

• Identify operational requirements and address any issues or concerns related to volunteer performance that require intervention or additional support.

• Bluecard/WWCC compliance.

• Completion of site risk assessments and annual updates. Ensuring volunteers understand risks and mitigation strategies to control risks
