Hours: Ongoing and project-based The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to the operations of the Mission to Seafarers Victoria. Duties include: database management, updating donor and supporter information, communication with seafarers and other stakeholders, updating statistics for presentation, copy-editing and reporting, and responding to general enquiries via email. Strong language skills and experience with Microsoft Office will suit the role.
