Screech Arts is an innovative and inclusive performing arts school for creative spirits of all ages and abilities. This is a program run by CPL - Choice, Passion, Life who work with people with a disability to live the life they choose.

Do you have experience or interest in supporting theatre productions?

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us as Usher and Front of House Volunteers to support our upcoming production - ‘Suspended in the Split Second’, performed by the Screech Arts Actors Ensemble, supported by the Dance Troupe.

To give back your skills, talent and time for this wonderful opportunity, we need you to:

• love chatting and connecting with people, supporting a warm experience at the show
• assist with setting up and packing down equipment.
• welcome audience members, direct them where to go and how to move around the space
• check tickets/bookings at door
• be a quick learner, with lots of initiative and drive to make the show a success!

You will not be responsible for:

• Any personal support; e.g. manual handling, personal care, administration of medication or meal assistance. These activities will be carried out by qualified support workers.

Location: Our fabulous show - ‘Suspended in the Split Second’ will be performed on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th August at -

Studio1 - 190 Station Rd, Yeerongpilly QLD 4105

Dates and Times: Volunteers will need to be available for all three performances on -

• Friday 2nd August, 4.00pm - 8pm
• Saturday 3rd August, 4.00pm - 8pm
• Sunday 4th August, 1.30pm - 5.30pm
