Bus Driver Volunteer for Seniors Community Village
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable volunteer driver to take our residents on relaxed destination trips. Outings run for around 3–4 hours and often include a stop for morning or afternoon tea, or even a leisurely lunch.
You’ll enjoy scenic drives to beautiful beaches, the Blue Mountains, and plenty of lovely spots in between. If you love connecting with people and exploring the local area, this is a rewarding way to make a real difference.
This volunteer role requires alternative monthly availability alternating on a Wednesday and Thursday.
Volunteers applying for this role will need to undertake the following through onboarding:
- National Police Check - provided
- A driver medical - funded by Anglicare
- A driving assessment with an independent driver organisation
- Complete Application and Onboarding processes including online training.
- Current C class licence
If you have driving experience and or would enjoy supporting seniors for social outings this could be the role for you.
Volunteer Applicants must be over 18 years.
