Volunteer Visitor (Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme) - Belconnen

Council on the Ageing (COTA) ACT is looking to add to their amazing team of volunteers to visit residents at IRT Kangara Waters as part of the successful Aged Care Volunteer Visitors program.

We’re seeking volunteers with a genuine interest in developing an ongoing relationship with an older person. In this role you can expect to make a friend, share ideas and stories and help someone who may be feeling isolated or lonely.

We welcome applications from people with a variety of backgrounds who can commit to weekly visits for 2-3 hours on a Thursday morning.
