Do you love reading and connecting with people? Come and join our Library Service at North Canberra Hospital. Fortnightly shift on Thursday mornings. Volunteers take the Library Trolley around the hospital, providing reading material for patients.
Meal Mates Volunteers assist hospital patients during meal times to receive adequate nutrition and hydrations, as well as provide companionship.

Blue Door is located within Ainslie Village, and provides supports such as material aid, hygiene supplies, a warm meal, as well as life skills, information, advice, advocacy, and referrals. Currently open on weekdays (except Public Holidays) from 7.45am to 1.30pm for coffee etc. and support, with a hot meal served each day at 12pm.
