Volunteer Stylist

We are looking for volunteer stylists located in Geraldton to assist in establishing a Satellite service for Dress for Success WA (DFSWA). Previously, DFSWA would bring our own team of stylists to Geraldton and other regional towns to provide our Outreach styling services to women in need with clothing and job preparation support. However, the cost of doing this has limited the number and extent of services we could provide.

DFSWA is committed to assisting women who have experienced barriers to employment in the past, and we recognise that living in the regions can be a compounding factor, with limited access to services. We are now proud to initiate our permanent satellite service which will establish a permanent and regular service in Geraldton, hopefully on a monthly basis.

We would love local volunteers who bring local knowledge and connection to become Volunteer Stylists.

The role will involve:

• styling clients with our pre-loved clothing; and
• lending a listening-ear to women who need it most.

We will provide full training and shadowing opportunities to run the pop up service, with our existing Outreach team until you are confident to go-it-alone as a Geraldton team with a Geraldton Team Co-ordinator.

This is an opportunity to give back to your region, empowering women who need a confidence boost and appropriate professional attire for their employment journey and a great way to connect with like-minded women in your community.

Once a month on a Wednesday for the whole day 8 am to 4 pm!

The service will launch February 2026.
