House Coordinator Assistant/Support

At the heart of our programs is "Coffee on the Couch"—a cozy gathering where carers share stories, support one another, and build lasting bonds. We also offer engaging activities and programs for both carers and their children throughout the year, creating opportunities for connection, fun, and community.

You’ll have the chance to help facilitate programs and events that bring joy and foster relationships. You’ll interact with children through fun, creative play, always with carers present to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Preparing refreshments and providing a friendly, welcoming face to carers is also a key part of the role. Additionally, you’ll have opportunities to share conversations, kindness, and support, helping to create a caring and inclusive atmosphere.

There may also be light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up or assisting with setup. Most importantly, you can contribute your unique talents—whether you're crafty, musical, highly organised, or simply a good listener—making a meaningful difference in the lives of families and helping to strengthen our community.
