Commitment

Regular - more than 6 months

Training

Orientation & Tour learning, use of EFTPOS machine. ongoing support, mentoring & information

Time required

8:40 am to 1:00pm (4 hours and 20 min 1 to 2 Sundays per month). More information is available from the agency. (Long Term commitment would be greatly appreciated if possible).

Requirements

Working with Children Check

Requirements: - First Aid Certificate & CPR or a willingness to obtain these immediately. - Working With Children’s Check (WWCC). - If you do not currently have a WWCC, the Queenscliffe Maritime Museum will support you to obtain one. - Able to communicate with visitors in a friendly and efficient manner. - Good physical fitness and ability to ascend and descend lighthouse stairs several times a day.
