MiCare is looking for a warm, friendly and compassionate volunteer to visit an older gentleman living in a residential aged care home in Ringwood, VIC.
He enjoys having a coffee, sharing a good conversation and spending time gardening. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others, is a patient and attentive listener, and would love to build a meaningful friendship through regular visits.
You don’t need any special skills or experience — just a little time, a kind heart and a willingness to make a difference!
What's involved?
- Visiting weekly or fortnightly on a mutually convenient day.
- Sharing a coffee, chatting about life, or enjoying some gardening together.
- Building a consistent, friendly connection that he can look forward to.
