Join MiCare's visiting program and provide companionship to seniors

MiCare is looking for a volunteer who cares about older people and likes to provide positive interactions on a regular basis. This lady was born in South Africa and speaks Afrikaans and English. A person who has travelled or lived in South Africa would be ideal, as she loves to talk about her culture and religion. She also has a love of animals and would enjoy hearing short stories read aloud. This lady resides at our Aged Care Facility in Kilsyth. She is living with dementia and reduced mobility. A regular visitor would really make her day!
