Volunteer - Lecturer & Discussion Facilitator (English or Russian)
As a Volunteer Lecturer and Discussion Facilitator, you will have the incredible opportunity to inspire and educate our elderly residents by leading lectures, talks, and discussions on a wide range of subjects. Whether it's history, current affairs, or other topics of interest, your expertise and conversational skills can bring joy and intellectual stimulation to our residents' lives.
You will be preparing and delivering informative and engaging lectures on various topics, facilitating discussions, allowing residents to share their thoughts and insights.

- Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for a variety of topics.
- Proficiency in English and/or Russian languages.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for engaging with elderly residents and fostering meaningful discussions.
- Be reliable, compassionate, and enjoy spending time with our clients
- Commitment to regular volunteering
- Availability- 30 minutes once a week or fortnightly.
- Reporting to the Practice and Support Coordinator/Lifestyle Coordinator
- This role will be based at our Residential Aged Care facility
