Carindale Toy Library Thursday Volunteers

The Carindale Toy Library is looking for enthusiastic volunteers that can help us out for 2-2.5 hours on one Thursday each month. Thursdays across the remainder of 2026 are: August 6th; September 3rd; October 8th; November 5th; December 3rd.
We are also seeking Saturday volunteers too - you are welcome to assist whenever best suits you.

We are a bunch of easy-going mums, dads and grandparents and we are passionate about what we do. We require you love kids and toys and we want you to enjoy yourself. All training will be provided. The main tasks will be loaning toys, checking and organising returned toys, and helping members to choose toys for their children. Loans and returns occur via our computer system, and we are happy to train you to use this. Other tasks are hands-on with the toys.

Every helping hand is welcome and appreciated. This is a kid friendly environment and you are welcome to bring your kids along while volunteering. We also have some opportunity for some behind the scenes tasks if these times are not suitable.
