Volunteer Bookkeeper/Finance Assistant (remote option)

- Process and upload invoices and receipts into Xero
- Assist with accurate coding and categorisation of transactions in Xero
- Maintain organised digital financial records
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations where required
- Assist with general administration using Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive)
- Liaise with staff (virtually) to clarify financial documentation when needed
