• Manage CEO's diary and coordinate meetings with Board Members
• Track tasks in Monday.com for CEO and staff
• Volunteer commitment of minimum 6 months, 3 hours thrice weekly

• Assist in event planning, liaising with speakers, sponsors, and partners
• Support fundraising raffle and auction by identifying donation opportunities
• Organize collection of items, manage recognition, and thank donors

• Manage social media calendar across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
• Coordinate and schedule EDMs via Mailchimp, provide performance reports
• Monitor media for palliative care topics, provide reports to CEC

• Process invoices and receipts in Xero accurately
• Maintain organised digital financial records and assist with reconciliations
• Support basic bookkeeping tasks and liaise with staff virtually

• Assist in providing transport to treatment for cancer patients
• Volunteer role with flexible hours and driving shifts available
• Essential qualities include empathy, compassion, and willingness to assist
