Social Media Calendar Management

  • Maintain and update the PCSA Social Media Calendar across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Coordinate social media requests from the team:
  • Seek approval from the CEC
  • Add approved items to the calendar
  • Draft content and submit for approval
  • Schedule, post, and monitor engagement
  • Monitor social media enquiries and engagement:
  • Transition all enquiries and comments into Monday.com
  • Alert the CEC to any potential issues, concerns, or risks
  • Ensure all social media activities are scheduled, confirmed, and tracked.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
  • Provide monthly social media performance reports.
  • Monitor similar organisations’ social media and identify potential stories or opportunities for the CEC.

Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) Support

  • Work closely with the CEC to coordinate all PCSA EDMs via Mailchimp.
  • Collate content, topics, and updates from the team.
  • Draft stories and source images for EDMs, then submit to the CEC for approval and distribution.
  • Provide monthly EDM performance reports.
  • Monitor similar organisations’ EDMs and identify potential stories or opportunities for the CEC.

Media Monitoring Support

  • Weekly monitor media for topics related to palliative care across South Australia
  • Provide monthly Media Monitoring reports to CEC and CEO
