Volunteer Administration Assistant - QMHOA

This work directly assists manufactured home owners across Queensland. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home for 12 hours per week, you just need to be contactable on Mondays 9am to 1pm and Thursday 1pm to 4pm.
Key responsibilities:
Administrative Support - manage incoming emails and digital correspondence, maintain accurate electronic filing systems, prepare documents, meeting agendas and minutes, perform data entry and manage MemberPress subscription updates.
Communication & Liaison - answer general enquiries via phone and email, remain contactable during designated core hours, direct complex matters to the General Manager and assist with member newsletter mail-outs.
What you need - administration experience and strong tech skills, your own laptop, mobile and internet connection, drivers license and car with experience with MemberPress a bonus.
