We’re looking for warm, reliable volunteers to help create a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Whether you’re hoping to gain retail experience for your CV, build confidence, meet new people, improve workplace skills, support a meaningful cause, or simply spend a few hours each week in a positive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What volunteers help with:
- Serving customers and processing sales through the register/POS system
- Pricing and displaying donated items
- Creating attractive displays and merchandising
- Sorting and preparing donations
- Helping keep the store organised, welcoming and visually appealing
No experience is necessary as full training and ongoing support are provided.

We ask volunteers to commit to one regular weekly shift of approximately 3–4 hours, with additional shifts often available once training is complete.
Our stores are conveniently located near public transport and popular local shopping areas.
