As a member of the Committee contribute to the oversight of the organisation and its strategy development
Take responsibility for specific strategic initiatives, as agreed with the Committee
Ensure Management and the Committee understand the current and future financial position of Mood Active
Develop financial forecasts and budgets
Oversee compliance with reporting and tax obligations
Oversee efficient and effective financial procedures across the organisation
Be one of several signatories on the bank accounts.
Attend monthly or bi-monthly virtual committee meetings
