Coordinate board and committee meetings, including scheduling and diary management.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and supporting papers.
Attend board committee (monthly) meetings and accurately record minutes and key discussion outcomes. Track, document and communicate actions arising from meetings.
Distribute meeting minutes and ensure follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
Coordinate and support the planning and delivery of charity events and fundraising initiatives.
Source and secure raffle prizes and donations through engagement with external businesses and community partners.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers and stakeholders to coordinate event requirements and logistics.
Support the organisation and administration of charity days and community engagement activities.
Manage the Operations co-ordinator
