We are seeking a passionate and connected individual who can help us secure sponsorships, donations, and partnerships that allow these life-changing programs to continue reaching those who need them most.

Whether you have experience in fundraising, business development, sponsorship, sales, community engagement, or simply a passion for creating change, your skills could help transform lives.

This role offers the opportunity to use your professional expertise for purpose, helping us expand our impact while building meaningful relationships throughout the community.

The funding you help secure will directly support programs that empower young people to build resilience, confidence, and brighter futures.

Time required

Approximately 3–5 hours per week * Flexible hours to suit your schedule * Most tasks can be completed remotely * Build relationships with sponsors, donors, and community partners * Assist with fundraising campaigns and events * Research funding and grant opportunities * Attend occasional online or in-person meetings and networking events * Ongoing volunteer role with a long-term impact on local young people

Reimbursement

This is a volunteer position. Approved volunteer-related expenses may be reimbursed. As Rise & Thrive Co. grows, there may be opportunities for future paid fundraising or partnership roles. Future paid positions are not guaranteed.
