Community Pantry Volunteer Role - Wollongong

Community Pantry Volunteer We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hands-on volunteers to support our Community Pantry at FinWell Wollongong. This role is all about helping provide access to essential food items while creating a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone in the community.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting with setting up and packing down the pantry Sorting, stocking, and organising food items Supporting visitors in a friendly and respectful manner Helping monitor stock levels and maintain cleanliness Assisting with basic record keeping if required Working alongside the team to ensure smooth daily operations

About the Role: This is a physical, hands-on role that involves standing, lifting, and moving stock. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and engaging with the community in a positive way.

Support & Training: Full training and ongoing support are provided to ensure you feel confident and capable in all aspects of the role.
