This volunteer opportunity will help create a welcoming first point of contact and support essential site operations.
As the welcoming face of our Southport site, you will play a vital role in our community. In this volunteer position, you will help create a warm and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors. By assisting with reception, administrative tasks, and general site operations, you will help our team deliver essential services to clients, visitors, and stakeholders

✅ What you’ll be doing:
▪️ Welcome and assist clients, visitors and staff as the first point of contact.
▪️ Assist with reception duties, enquiries, phone calls and visitor access.
▪️ Assist with coordinating site operations, room bookings, mail, supplies and facilities.
▪️ Help with the day-to-day administration tasks across our site.
▪️ Bring a friendly energy to the site and help champion a happy, healthy environment.
