Board Member - Treasurer

SECCA is looking for a Treasurer.

SECCA is a not-for-profit organisation based in West Perth that supports people with disability to learn about relationships, sexuality, and sexual health. Through education, counselling, consultancy, and advocacy, SECCA leads in an area that is vital — yet often overlooked — across the disability sector. Our dedicated board of volunteers provides the strategic direction that allows SECCA to continue this important work.

You don’t need to be an expert in disability, sexuality or not for profit organisations — you bring the financial knowledge, and SECCA provides the mission context. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Financial literacy and sound understanding of organisational finances

• Accounting or audit experience

• Strategic thinking and attention to detail

• Commitment to inclusion and the rights of people with disability

• CPA / CA qualification (desirable)
