Committee Member - Marketing and Communications Lead

We are seeking a collaborative Committee Representative to lead our existing, highly capable Marketing & Communications subcommittee. In this role, you will help us tell the story of the Hobart Toy Library, ensuring our communications are consistent, engaging, and welcoming.

Working closely with the broader management committee and guiding your subcommittee team, you will:

• Oversee the development and implementation of simple marketing plans to boost membership, volunteer engagement, and fundraising.
• Manage the big picture for our social media presence, member newsletters, and event promotions, ensuring a friendly, community-focused brand voice.
• Act as the bridge between the core management committee and the marketing team to ensure smooth, transparent communication.
