Key Responsibilities
- Database Management: Maintain, clean, and segment our individual donor data within Salesforce, ensuring records align with financial tracking in Xero and Quickbooks.
- Donor Relations: Develop and implement communication strategies to acknowledge, thank, and retain individual donors.
- Sponsorship Foundation: Help identify potential corporate alignment opportunities to prepare our database for future corporate sponsorship pipelines.
- Campaign & Tracking: Help execute fundraising appeals, monitor tracking data, and generate database reports to measure fundraising success.
Skills and Experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and an understanding of relationship-building.
- Excellent organisational, written, and communication skills.
