Operations Support Volunteer – Fundraising (Experience Required)
Dingo Den Animal Rescue and our sister organisation Flocking Adorable work together under shared leadership and a commitment to high animal welfare standards.
Dingo Den Animal Rescue is a registered charity established in 2014, providing rescue and rehoming services, advocacy and lifetime care at our sanctuary to vulnerable Australian wildlife species.
Flocking Adorable is a livestock rescue and working farm established in 2018, offering animal support services to livestock owners, and eco-friendly land management services to property caretakers.
Volunteers may apply to contribute within these environments and are allocated based on experience, suitability and organisational need.
++The Role:++
We are seeking experienced fundraising volunteers to join our organisation. This is a remote position for those passionate about the lives and welfare of dingoes.
++Responsibilities++
- Assist with networking tasks, including but not limited to;
- Grant writing to support native conservation
- Liaising with local businesses for events, and sponsorships
- Organising and participating in charity fundraisers
- Meet agreed commitments
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Contribute consistently to your allocated area
++Requirements++
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office/administrative programs & software
- Experience in/willingness to learn how to draft;
- Grant applications
- Proposals to government
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Minimum 3-month commitment
- Consistent weekly availability
- Attendance at Monday 6:30pm team meeting
Police checks may be required depending on role responsibilities.
