Sponsorship Coordinator

As our Volunteer Sponsorship Coordinator, you will help strengthen Hornsby Connect’s long‑term sustainability by securing financial and in‑kind support for our Food Relief, Connect Zone, and Community Table programs. Your efforts ensure we can continue delivering essential assistance to the Hornsby community.

This role suits someone confident in relationship‑building, comfortable engaging with local businesses and community partners, and motivated to use their communication skills to create meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sponsors across the local community
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, service clubs, and partners
• Prepare sponsorship proposals and partnership packages
• Coordinate sponsorship activities for programs and events
• Track sponsor contacts, commitments, and follow‑ups
• Work with program leads to understand funding needs and opportunities
